Tata Projects Secures Office Space in Mumbai's Powai Suburb

Tata Projects, a subsidiary of Tata Sons, has leased over 1.2 lakh sq ft of office space in Powai, Mumbai, for the establishment of its headquarters. The space, located in the commercial tower Cignus Powai, is part of a project by K Raheja Corp's Chalet Hotels. The lease agreement spans five years, with Tata Projects committing nearly Rs 86 crores in rentals for the duration.

Expansion Plans and Lease Details

The leased office space, spanning two floors initially, has the capacity to accommodate around 1,000 employees. However, Tata Projects may consider acquiring an additional floor as part of its future growth strategy. The agreement includes a lock-in period of three years and standard rental escalation clauses, reflecting the company's long-term commitment to the space.
